关于1.10 "oskill"（你的cta为什么只有+3bo？）


现象：一个x/6/x的callto arms，battle order在bar看起来，只有3bo，而其他角色看起来是6bo。甚至，bar拿两把cta也只能+3bo，+2 all skill。
或者，110新增的有+3-5ga的unique bow，即使是+5ga，ama看起来都只有+3ga。


原因：暴雪为了保持角色和item之间的平衡，设定了一个叫"oskill"的东西，其实就是own skill。
就是说，对于任何角色都可以使用的技能加成，本身拥有这个技能的char将最高只能获得+3的技能加成。

Skill Points that work for Any Class("oskill" Skill Points)
The Trang-Oul's Avatar Set gives +18 toFireball and +13 to Fire Wall. The boost to fireball (as well as Frostwind'sarctic blast bonus and a whole lot of other items) are examples of what'sinternally known as an "oskill". These are skill bonuses that workfor any class. If a Necromancer is wearing a Trang-Oul set, he'll get +18fireball and any +X To All Skills equipment can further increase this. Thesame applies to all other non-sorceress class wearing a part of that set.

However, oskills work differently forclasses that "own" that skill. In this case, it's a Sorceressgetting a bonus to Fireball. In the other case, it was a Druid getting abonus to Arctic Blast. If a character gets an oskill bonus to a skill thatclass "owns," the bonus is restricted to a maximum of +3. If aBarbarian is dual-wielding Call to Arms runeword weapons, the +3 cap isapplied to the total from both weapons. This is all intentional, in order tobalance these items.

AMA 使用眼光(Insight)                     最多获得等级3的双倍打击(Critical Strike)
BAR 使用战争召唤(Call To Arms)            最多获得等级3的战斗指挥(Battle Command)和战斗体制(Battle Orders)
SOR 使用塔格奥的化身(Trang-Oul s Avatar)  只能获得等级3的火球(Fire Ball)，火墙(Fire Wall)和陨石(Meteor)
SOR 使用火焰怒吼(Flamebellow)             只能获得等级3的地狱火(Inferno)
SOR 看龙鳞(Dragonscale)                   只能显示 +3致九头海蛇(Hydra)
DRU 使用霜风(Frostwind)                   只能获得等级3的极地风暴(Artic Blast)
