1.第二句其实应为don't want a nation under the new mania，很
多人错把mania听成了media，不过前两天我在电视上发现mania也可引申为“流行的，前卫的”之意，所以应该和媒体的意思也很接近吧？
2.mindfuck 是意淫的意思
3.faggot 就是形容男同性恋，但它带有相当程度的污蔑之意，而且语气要比fag(faggot的简写）还强。所以我们在看GD的MV时会发现这个字眼在演唱中完全被消去了声音。
4.redneck 乡下人，但多指种田的粗人（尤其是美国南方），这种人说起话来有很重的南方口音，而且因为他们特殊的生活习惯和癖好,通常会闹出很多笑话，因此也遭到北方人的鄙视。用在歌里，算是一个很蔑视的字眼了。
这是专辑的第一首歌，有着很强的意识流感觉。歌词想到哪唱到哪，所以给翻译也带来了不便：）其实歌中的内容就是JOS的大声呐喊，他是一个对世界充满困惑，愤怒的孩子，他被误解包围，感到绝望、痛苦。所以才要用这种吼叫的方式来向世界抗议。JOS憎恨媒体和这个信息社会，充满了典型的punk思想。当然，没准billie也是要借这首歌，抒发出他对社会的质疑和看法，这就是题外话了。
