也在看sql，给出我的答案：

假设表名store
select *
from store s1
where 流水号=(select MAX(s2.流水号)
                            from store s2
                            where s1.物资编码=s2.物资编码);

select 物资名称, MAX(流水号)  from 表 group by 物资名称

这个应该不难，常用的都写
